It is theirs to manage the crisis. I just stay home if it looks like a lockdown at the hospital. I am in total agreement with what you have said, having experienced it in the past. Beyond that, it is not worth the vehicle in the ditch, possibly a tow truck or an injury. I merely say, "My husband will not let me drive in these weather conditions." Tammy Mother Jones,
