Nurse Ratched

There has been a lot of chatter in the blogosphere about medical bloggers and HIPAA regulations so let me make this very clear. I write composite stories about many different people that I’ve cared for over the years. Names, dates, and other identifying factors about patients and their family members have been changed to protect the innocent AND the guilty. You are having ideas of reference if you recognize yourself in any other these stories. These stories are not about you.

More Fine Print: This website is privately operated and was designed to provide personal information, views and commentary about the author’s life experiences. The images depicted and opinions expressed on this website are solely those of the author and not those of any agency of the United States Government, expressly including, but not limited to, the Department of Defense and the United States Army.

About the Artist

“Ryan V Lower is an artist and illustrator from Arizona.”  Ryan wrote this biography in the third person because he finds it too awkward to say anything truly interesting about himself.  I think that’s funny because Ryan is a very interesting guy.  If you like my new Nurse Ratched picture, check out Beauty is Like Yeah to see more of Ryan’s work.  I know that he would love to hear from you.
